Returns INFORMATION

  • Once an E-book is purchased the download link is immediately sent to the customer. Therefore we cannot offer any refund for this purchase as we cannot guarantee that the link hasn’t already been accessed.

    Tickets for our events/seminars are non-refundable under all circumstances. However, if for any reason an event put on by Physique Collective is cancelled we will refund the price you paid for your ticket only. Unfortunately, we are not able to return or cover any travel or hotel costs relating to our events.

    Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item(s), and place a new order with us. From our experience, we have found this is the most efficient way of handling exchanges.

  • Tickets for our events/seminars are non-refundable under all circumstances.   • Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, this cost is to be covered by the customer. We only recommend using a signed for AND tracked service, so please make sure you keep your receipt in the unlikely event that your order gets lost in the post.

    If your parcel gets lost, you will need to contact the courier directly to resolve the matter and receive your refund via compensation with them.

    By sending the parcel signed for it ensures that you know the parcel has been delivered & you have proof for your own records of who signed for it & when.

  • We are very sorry to hear your item(s) have not arrived in perfect condition. You must check your order and contact us via email info@physiquecollective.com within 48 hours of the arrival of your parcel with any issues. Unfortunately, after this timeframe we will not be able to assist with the issue.

  • Provided that all items are eligible for returns (Please see ‘What items are NOT applicable for return/refund FAQ for clarity) & they are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition, then you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We do not refund custom fees.

    If your item is returned to us in a condition that is not considered ‘new’, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund or to decline the return & send the item(s) back to the customer (shipping fees to be paid by the customer).
